RegenOx® is an advanced ISCO technology that rapidly destroys a wide range of organic contaminants in soil and groundwater. Its patented two-part formulation provides powerful oxidation while also stimulating enhanced bioremediation, making it a versatile and effective solution for treating petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and other challenging pollutants.
What is it?
RegenOx is a safe, non-corrosive ISCO amendment that rapidly oxidizes organic contaminants in soil and groundwater. It also releases oxygen to stimulate aerobic biodegradation and desorbs contaminants from soils, improving overall treatment effectiveness.
How does it work?
Once applied, RegenOx uses a catalytic surface to rapidly oxidize contaminants and sustain reactions for up to 30 days. During this process, it frees sorbed contaminants for treatment and provides oxygen to support follow-on biodegradation, extending remediation performance.

At a former Delaware service station, PetroFix remediated long-standing petroleum hydrocarbon contamination, while direct application of RegenOx during excavation of highly impacted soils rapidly reduced benzene, toluene, and EDB to near or below detection limits. This combined approach met regulatory cleanup targets quickly and ensured long-term groundwater protection.

RegenOx is a two-part injectable ISCO technology that rapidly destroys petroleum hydrocarbons and chlorinated compounds through surface-mediated, direct, and free radical oxidation. Its reactions remain active for up to 30 days on a single injection.
Non-corrosive and producing minimal heat or pressure, RegenOx is safe for underground infrastructure and easily applied via standard field equipment or directly into excavations. It generates a short-term oxygen footprint, supporting follow-on aerobic biodegradation and, when combined with ORC Advanced, enables long-term contaminant reduction.
RegenOx also desorbs contaminants from soils, increasing the efficiency of groundwater pump-and-treat or multi-phase extraction systems. Specialized formulations like PetroCleanze® optimize these effects for enhanced remediation performance.
