A proven approach to cost-effectively treat petroleum hydrocarbon contaminants.
A proven approach for treating petroleum hydrocarbon contaminants
PetroFix is a water-based remediation fluid that uses micron-scale activated carbon and biostimulants to capture and break down petroleum contaminants in soil and groundwater. This proven in situ treatment offers a faster, more cost-effective alternative to pump-and-treat or excavation.
What is it?
PetroFix is a proven, affordable and reliable solution used to remediate total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs) from contaminated environments such as gas stations.
How it works?
Petrofix uses a proprietary activated carbon formula to adsorb total petroleum hydrocarbons. It then adds electron acceptors to stimulate hydrocarbon biodegradation. This process allows petroleum hydrocarbons to be removed from soil and water quickly, cost-efficiently, and environmentally friendly.
