Employee Spotlight: Lindsay Kavlich, Senior Marketing Projects Manager

For Lindsay Kavlich, Senior Marketing Projects Manager, working at REGENESIS fulfills two major ambitions: she gets to spread her creative wings, while also sharing in a collaborative effort to help make a positive impact on our environment. She begins, “My career in marketing, coupled with an environmental focus, offers the best of both worlds for me. I have always loved to be creative, and I feel marketing offers a chance to showcase those skills. At the same time, I had always hoped to find a meaningful job that would help make the world a better place.” Lindsay joined REGENESIS in April 2019 as a Marketing Specialist. She was promoted to Marketing Projects Manager in January of 2022, prior to her new role as Sr. Marketing Projects Manager.

Before joining REGENESIS, Lindsay worked at an electronics component distributor as a Marketing Specialist, where she managed the company’s website, social media, print materials, and managed events. She shares, “I learned a lot of design skills in that position, and my favorite project was designing a two-story tradeshow booth for a large global conference in Germany.”

A graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she earned her B.S. degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing, Lindsay recalls how her years living in Boulder helped shape her interest in preserving the environment. “While living in Boulder, CO I grew to appreciate environmentalism, since the city has a major focus on conservation and sustainability. The city made notable efforts to endorse the community’s vision as a whole for sustainability. I began to educate myself on becoming more eco-friendly in my personal life, and even started composting. I am thrilled to be a part of a company creating science-based solutions for cleaning up our water and air, and ultimately helping to improve the lives of so many communities!” When asked what she appreciates most about working at REGENESIS, Lindsay is quick to point to the company’s culture, people, and energetic environment. She continues, “ REGENESIS has truly been the best company I have ever worked for. I get to work with extremely smart and talented coworkers who bring a lot of energy, excitement, and knowledge to the team, which is so motivating. Plus, the company culture is unmatched- I feel as though we are all a part of one big family.”

Married to her high school sweetheart, Lindsay and her husband Phil live in the San Clemente area with their 18-month-old son, who she calls a “ball of energy”. She muses, “Cohen is always keeping us on our toes, but has the most tender and loving heart. Being a parent has been such a joy!” Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending weekends with the family riding e-bikes around San Clemente and taking leisurely walks along the beach. “I could spend hours walking up and down the beach searching for sea glass or swimming in the ocean. I also love to cook and bake. I haven’t had as much time to do it lately but making a mess in the kitchen with a glass of wine is one of my favorite things to do! Gardening has also been one of my interests. We have grown all sorts of fruits and veggies, including tomatoes, peppers, squash, and even artichokes.”
