Job Description
Land Science, a division of REGENESIS, Inc., is a global leader in developing advanced technologies to mitigate chemical vapors from entering into buildings.
This position will provide product and application support nationwide for our complete line of vapor intrusion technologies. The Product Application Specialist serves as a primary resource for the Land Science Division of REGENESIS. This position is responsible for actively managing several critical areas related to product application. The primary purpose of this position is to provide product and application support to both clients and internal team members. This role requires self-motivation, organization skills, and prompt responsiveness. The ability to prioritize tasks and discern competing priorities while meeting deadlines will be crucial to success in the role.
Additional responsibilities for the position include:
- Assist with Certified Applicator training
- Oversee quality assurance program to ensure quality product installations nationwide
- Conduct job site inspections to conduct training and oversee applications
- Oversee certified inspector program
- Process warranty requests and prepare warranty documentation.
- Responsible for managing the database for incoming leads. Perform qualification and organize into a qualified lead for outside sales managers. Track leads from generation to sales cycle completion. Report progress weekly to Supervisor.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry news concerning vapor intrusion
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must have a competitive spirit that enjoys working in a fast-paced, consultative selling environment. Attention to detail with a focus on quality is critical to success in the position.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, environmental sciences preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of construction experience with construction products or environmental consulting preferred.
Additional Skills Preferred
- General knowledge of the real estate development process
- Experience in building construction, environmental consulting, vapor intrusion mitigation, and site remediation practices
- Experience with CRM software (salesforce.com) and ACAD software
Travel: Up to 50% in North America.
