When Natasia Stillman joined REGENESIS® as an accountant clerk, she recognized that REGENESIS’ contribution to a sustainable approach to business aligned well with her values to choose an employer that was making an environmental difference in the world.  She begins, “I’m all about results that yield progress towards sustainability, and I feel REGENESIS represents that.” Stillman initially started with the company as a temporary employee in February of this year, and earned permanent status in June, before quickly being promoted to an accounting clerk. She was drawn to REGENESIS by what she calls its sense of purpose. She continues, “Bioremediation is a small industry, but the works of bioremediation companies can have everlasting and positive effects on the environment, and that’s important to me.” Prior to joining REGENESIS, Stillman worked in a human resources and sales coordinator role at a timeshare advocacy firm. She feels that earlier experience helped prepare her for her current role at REGENESIS. She shares, “As a sales coordinator, I was responsible for producing daily reports regarding the overall and individual sales for the sales team. I worked with lots of numbers, Excel spreadsheets, interpreting data, and more. I then presented that data and information during weekly meetings so the senior manager could interpret the data and coach the sales team accordingly. All-in-all it was a great position that taught me a lot and helped prepare me for the professional world.”

Stillman’s educational background includes a BA in Philosophy from the University of California Santa Barbara. When asked what she likes most about her new position, she points to the ability to assist others on a daily basis, along with performing a wide variety of tasks. “I am able to do something new every day and I actually love that nothing is certain- it keeps me on my toes! In addition, I am able to expand my skills within the company to ultimately transform my position at REGENESIS into a fulfilling career path.” She also admires the company’s culture and sense of teamwork. She continues, “I am most excited about how our teams work together and the company’s growth in the industry. REGENESIS has a strong foundation, and it makes me feel passionate about what I am doing and about what the company represents. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, and these things combined with everyone’s hard work, is a recipe for success.”

“I love working at REGENESIS. This is truly somewhere I can see myself in the next 10-20 years. I’m also excited to see how the company’s success expands in the future.”

Outside of work, Stillman enjoys much of what Southern California has to offer with its beautiful surroundings and moderate climate. She also likes to work out regularly at her local gym. She shares, “I work out 6 times a week and I feel it just relieves so much stress while allowing me to push myself to new limits. You can learn a lot about yourself in the gym. I also make candles, and I’ve been working on a rich, enhanced formula that will provide a long-lasting, abundant scent.” She also finds time to volunteer, and recently applied to be a Court Appointed Special Advocate or “CASA” volunteer for children in foster care. “I have a passion for helping others, especially children, so that’s something I’m super excited to take on in the coming months.” And what might she think the future holds as she begins her new role with REGENESIS? She concludes, “I love working at REGENESIS. This is truly somewhere I can see myself in the next 10-20 years. I’m also excited to see how the company’s success expands in the future.”

REGENESIS is proud to welcome Natasia Stillman to the team as an Accountant Clerk and appreciates her experience and dedication in working to develop successful remediation outcomes for REGENESIS and its clients.
