Before your order can be processed and shipped
We will contract you shortly to confirm the provided information. An order confirmation form and our full T&Cs will also be provided to you at that time. Please e-mail the signed sales confirmation form to: europe@regenesis com. Orders will not be shipped until the signed and dated order confirmation is received by REGENESIS.

Any changes or modifications to this order must be received by REGENESIS no later than 24 hours prior to the ship date indicated at the time of order.

Shipping Disclaimer
Regenesis Ltd necessarily uses third party logistics companies for the shipping and transportation of its products. Although we strive to meet the shipping requirements of our clients, it is important to note that all shipments are subject to carrier availability, weather, mechanical problems or other unforeseen circumstances. As a result Regenesis Ltd does not accept responsibility for project/site costs incurred due to shipping related problems.
